There’s a battle for the golden boot and a battle for top four, so Son will be my captain this gameweek. Burnley isn’t the easiest fixture, but with one eye on the top scorer prize, and another on Champions League football, there isn’t much not to like.

I’m tempted by the players with two fixtures such as Richarlison, Zaha and Watkins but I’m struggling to look past De Bruyne who will surely be influential in a free scoring City side who can all but secure the league title with victory at West Ham.

It is weird how the season has come to this. With the DGW on teams outside the Top 6, picking captains have become very very difficult.
I will go for Richarlison. The Brazilian has 4 goals and 1 assist from his last 7 matches and is crucial to his team. His fighting spirit is vital as Everton try to avoid the drop.

I like to go for a captain with 2 fixtures in a double gameweek to keep the excitement there. With Everton still needing points to avoid relegation and Richarlison on penalties, the Brazilian gets my armband this week for his 2 home fixtures.

This week, I was gonna go with Salah for the armband but his injury in FA Cup Final makes a dilemma for me.
The options I can look other than Mo are Danny Ings, Richarlison and Zaha. Villa have the best set of fixtures facing Crystal Palace and Burnley and that tempts me to go for Ings. He has scored 7 goals and has 6 assists to his name till now. I’m backing him to perform well this DGW. Wish you all good luck :’)
