Euro 2020 enters the knockout stage.

In MD4, managers can make unlimited transfers. For managers who have already expended all their chips, the idea is to pick as many players as you can whom are more likely to progress in the tournament.

Phase Number of free transfers
Before tournament starts Unlimited
During group stage 2 per matchday
Before round of 16 Unlimited
Before quarter-finals 3
Before semi-finals 5
Before final 5

With our Mexican maestro Gerardo, we pick some differentials for MD4!

Euro Fantasy MD4 Differentials – Griezmann (FRA | 11.1) – Ownership 5%

The Barcelona ace has gone under the radar. While it is difficult to justify choosing him ahead of K. Benzema and K. Mbappe, Le Petit Prince is a very consistent striker. He has scored 4 goals in his last 6 games for Les Blues.

Mbappe has barely returned this tournament, so Griezmann makes a good pick ahead of him.

The French faces the Swiss on MD4.

At club level, he has also managed 31 goal involvements (19 goals | 12 assists) over 50 games.

Maehle (DEN | 4.5)- Ownership 6%

After a stellar display against Russia, Denmark seem to have found some momentum. Both Atalanta wingbacks (and Germany’s Gosens) have found the back of the net during the group stage, but Maehle’s exploits have somehow gone unnoticed from a fantasy perspective.

Maehle made 5 key passes during the group stage. What’s even more impressive is that he had more shots on target than any of the Denmark attackers over the same period. He’s a great captain choice for those maverick fantasy managers out there.

The Danes play Wales on MD4, avoiding several of the big guns who have topped their Groups.

Sarabia (ESP | 6.5) – Ownership 3%

Sarabia delivered 2 assists and scored 1 goal last time out on MD3 against Slovakia. He’s added flair and invention on the right wing.

Sarabia is set to start against a Croatia side that has conceded at least one goal in each of their last 5 games.

He is definitely a late bloomer in the international scene, on only 7 caps at age 29. However, he now has a great chance to lead the Spanish side into more glory at Euro 2020.

Isak (SWE | 8.0) – Ownership 3%

Isak is one of many players who has passed the eye-test for Euro 2020.

He is quick, dynamic and always on the chase.

Despite the lack of returns, Isak remains a viable fantasy option. I still can’t understand why he wasn’t awarded an assist against Poland. He should start as he’s definitely a key player for Sweden’s fast transitional play. He’s worth a punt.
Sweden plays Ukraine, who limps into the Last 16 with the worst record, having already lost twice.
